To book a treatment or spa package, full pre-payment is required to secure your booking. A 50% refund will be given or re-booking can be made at no extra charge, subject to availability if you cancel with 48hours notice or more.

Cancellations made with less than 48hours notice will not receive a refund and will not be eligible to re-book.

Use of a personal locker, towel, robe and flip flops are all provided complimentary upon your arrival. If you are accessing the wet area please bring suitable swimwear. Please also note that if you are booked to use the Rasul mud treatment that old swimwear is preferable as mud may mark lighter coloured swimwear.

Spa time includes access to the outdoor hot tubs, herbal sauna, salt inhalation room and ice fountain for 2-hours. Please note spa time is £40 per person and is not included when booking treatments.

Showers, toilets, and lockers are provided for guest use. The showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Hairdryers are also available within the changing area. Please note that due to the size and nature of the building the changing rooms are used by both male and female guests.

Due to the size of our spa, residents cannot gain access to spa facilities unless pre-booked directly with the spa.

All guests using the spa must be over the age of 16, guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old.

Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions as this may change the type of treatment or access to the spa that we are permitted to give.

We strive to provide a safe and relaxing experience for all our guests. If you have a medical condition, we kindly ask that you inform a member of our spa team prior to making your booking or at the time of booking. This allows us to discuss any considerations or accommodations that may be necessary to ensure your safety and well-being during your visit.

Please note that certain medical conditions may limit or prohibit the use of some spa facilities or treatments. Our team is here to provide guidance and help you determine the best options for your needs.

Please also inform us if you or any guests within your party are undergoing any cancer treatment.

Please advise at the time of booking if you are or may be pregnant. Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Where possible, our therapists will adjust your chosen treatment or suggest a suitable alternative. Unfortunately we do not permit guests who are pregnant to use the Spa facilities.
