Rocks Of The Mediterranean (Hot Stones massage)

This popular Thermal Stone massage is a glorious treatment using warm basalt lava stones to massage the body from head to toe, harnessing the touch of the stone and heat to create an aura of warmth. The muscles are relaxed and rejuvenated in a sensation unique to stone massage. It’s an experience you must have at least once in your life!

Our therapist Ruby Machan, has recommended this treatment which is perfect for autumn. ‘This treatment promotes muscle relaxation, allowing to massage deeper tissues more effectively. This treatment is great for anyone who has particular tension or stiffness, as the heat from the stones is beneficial in relaxing and loosening tight muscles. This really helps if you’re feeling restless and leaves you relaxed and tension free.’
