Wynyard Hall is beautiful all year round, a gracious stately home set in lush green grounds with views across the lake, lovely gardens and rolling lawns. You can see why this is the perfect place for a romantic meal. It’s perfect for date night treats, and it’s just as tempting if you’re happily single – great for grabbing a quick bite to eat after work with colleagues, friends or family.

Whether it’s an impressive meal from the A La Carte menu or a casual mid-week dish from our Brasserie menu, you’ll leave feeling you’ve enjoyed a very special experience. To help you have a fantastic time in a gorgeous setting with your favourite people, we’re delighted to announce some exciting new additions to the Brasserie menu.

Fresh food meets fresh thinking – The Brasserie menu at Wynyard Hall

Our new Brasserie menu includes a host of popular British classics. This is where fabulously fresh food meets equally fresh thinking, courtesy of our Executive Head Chef, who creates iconic dishes with a special Wynyard twist.

Take our steamed mussels in a delicately spiced Asian broth. They’re beyond delicious. Our classic Wynyard Burger is a local favourite thanks to its superb quality beef and an exceptionally good apple-wood cheddar. Our crispy haddock tail in ale and vinegar batter, with sweet garden peas and a piquant saffron tartar sauce, is a splendid alternative to everyday fish ‘n’ chips.

And there’s more. Spiced lamb Massaman curry with coconut milk and roasted peanuts, aged 10oz sirloin steak with crispy fries, smoked blue cheese and roasted avocado… is your mouth watering yet?



Desserts to die for

If you love desserts we have lost of treats in store. There’s a mouth-watering mango cheesecake served with passion fruit sauce and a delicate wafer biscuit. A wickedly good dark chocolate and praline bavarois, served with rich vanilla ice cream. And traditional sticky toffee pudding served with an irresistible butterscotch sauce.

Creative flair, a deep appreciation of flavours and presentation plus a cornucopia of local, seasonal ingredients gives you a feast of innovative British cuisine.
