Image result for steven carter baileyLove the Great British Bake Off? This is your chance to show off your culinary skills! Steven Carter-Bailey (finalist on the Great British Bake Off) will be hosting a baking competition at our Spring Fayre (see entry details below).

The fun, family weekend will include stalls filled with fabulous home-ware, delicious artisan foods and spirits, unusual clothing, accessories… and much more.

Be inspired by the Biscuit Factory’s art installation!

There’s something for all the family with children’s activities, entertainment, petting zoo and fairground rides.

 

Baking Competition

The Baking Competition will take place on both days.

The competition is divided into the following categories:

  • Children’s Cup Cakes (6 decorated cup cakes)
  • Children’s Gingerbread Men (6 decorated gingerbread men)
  • Adult’s Technical Challenge (Traditional Victoria Sponge)
  • Adult’s Showstopper Challenge (Novelty Cake, beautifully decorated)

The competition is free to enter.
Judging will take place at 2pm on both days.
Please submit your cake by 1pm.

The winner from each category will receive a £50 Gift Voucher for Wynyard Hall.
Gift Vouchers can be used for events, accommodation, dining, Afternoon Tea, Spa, Visitors Centre, Glass House & Farm Shop

Location, Access and Car Parking

  • The Spring Fayre takes place in The Grand Marquee, Gardens and Visitors Centre
  • Please follow signs for The Grand Marquee located throughout the estate
  • Full wheelchair access throughout
  • There is ample FREE car parking at The Grand Marquee

Coach Trips & Group Bookings

  • Free car parking is available onsite for Coaches
