Plot to Plate Dining Experience

Take your taste buds on a culinary journey with Executive Head Chef Michael Penaluna!

Michael and his team will create a tantalising feast as you watch, using freshly harvested ingredients from The Edible Garden.

  • The event takes place in the Glasshouse – follow signs through the estate for the Gardens and Grand Marquee, then for the Glasshouse
  • Free parking available onsite
  • Optional tour of The Edible Garden with Chef from 6.30pm
  • Chef and his team will prepare a 4-course menu for you to enjoy
  • Learn about the “Plot to Plate” ethos adopted by the Wynyard Hall Chefs
  • Please provide dietary requirements upon booking
