Home Grown

Our carefully managed kitchen garden, led by our kitchen gardener Beth, features a large variety of flavoursome and unusual produce. From classic British apples and pears that grow up the sides of our walled garden to purple sprouting broccoli, rainbow chard and an abundance of herbs and medicinal plants.

Alongside our own produce, we carefully pick the best local suppliers who cultivate the best produce the North East land and coast has to offer.

Menus

Our menus are simple: delightful dishes crafted with the freshest seasonal produce, harvested straight from our kitchen garden.

In The Glass

It doesn’t stop at food; the kitchen garden is at the heart of everything we do and our drinks menu shows just that. Mint for mojitos, celery for bloody Mary’s and home-made apple infused syrup in our cocktails.
