Our two AA rosette Wellington Restaurant is the destination of choice for romantic meals, celebration dinners and casual dining alike. Both à la carte and set menus are served, promising to delight you with a delicious, nutritious and slightly indulgent experience. For service times please see our dining page.

Lunch is served Monday – Saturday, 12pm – 3pm
Dinner is served Monday – Sunday, 6pm – 9.30pm

The Wellington Restaurant provides a true plot-to-plate experience. Each dish is crafted from the finest ingredients home-grown just a few footsteps from the Restaurant, or sourced from local suppliers that share our passion for quality produce.
