COVID-19 Booking Policy:

Dear Guest,

We understand that since our mandatory closure, our guests are concerned about where they stand with their individual bookings therefore we have put the following measures in place to accommodate bookings that have been affected by our closure. We have a very limited team working through a high volume of bookings therefore we ask for your patience whilst we deal with these unprecedented circumstances.

Weddings

Weddings that were due to take place during our closure can be postponed to a similar date within the next 12 months along with any accommodation. We are contacting wedding bookings in date order with the priority being weddings taking place in the next 3 months. If you have an urgent query please resend your email to sarah.a@wynyardhall.co.uk.

Events

Events that were due to take place during our closure can be postponed to a similar date within the next 12 months along with any accommodation. We are contacting event bookings in date order with the priority being events taking place within the next 3 months. Events scheduled by Wynyard Hall that can no longer take place will be rescheduled or monetary vouchers can be issued to the value of the booking. If you have an urgent query please resend your email to event.coordinator@wynyardhall.co.uk .

Vouchers

Vouchers will be extended for an additional 6 months.

Deposits

Accommodation, spa, and restaurant bookings where deposits have been made can be postponed to a like for like date within the next 12 months. Alternatively, if you do not wish to postpone your date we can issue monetary vouchers for the amount of the deposit made.

Third party booking sites

Bookings made through third-party agents such as Itison/Travelzoo have been extended until 30th October 2020.

As this closure has been out of our hands we regret that no refunds can be made. We are being as flexible as possible with all bookings to ensure that they go ahead and we ask you to support us during this difficult time. We very much look forward to welcoming you back to Wynyard Hall in the not too distant future.
