One of the North East’s most popular conference and event venues, Wynyard Hall creates the perfect blend of business and pleasure. Our magnificent function suites can accommodate 10 – 1000 delegates and with 150+ acres of historic parkland the possibilities are limitless.

The Grand Marquee
The Grand Marquee is one of the North East’s premier event spaces. A blank canvas, with panoramic views of the Hall and Parkland, the structure can accommodate up to 650 guests for a dinner dance, or 1000 for a conference/exhibition. With free parking for 400+ cars and an entrance through the exquisite Walled Rose Garden, there is no better way to impress guests.

Delegate Packages
Wynyard Hall offers competitive delegate packages for corporate events. Our Full Day Delegate Rate is just £37.00 + VAT, with options available for half day and breakfast meetings. The Hall can accommodate 2-200 delegates, whilst the Grand Marquee can accommodate up to 1000 delegates.

Gala Dinners & Balls
Wynyard Hall offers a unique setting when the occasion calls for something particularly grand. For gala dinners and award ceremonies, the opulent State Rooms and Conservatory overlooking the lake are a popular choice. The Grand Marquee, set in our exquisite Gardens, provides a blank canvas, catering for large dining experiences.

Exhibitions & Trade Shows
Wynyard Hall is fast becoming a leading exhibition venue in the North of England. We have excellent infrastructure in place to accommodate large scale events and our Events Team have a wealth of experience, providing valuable support and advice to clients hosting a large-scale exhibitions and trade shows.

Private Dining
Entertain VIP clients, reward key staff members or thank loyal customers with a private dining experience at Wynyard Hall. Our chefs are renowned for producing modern, British dishes using the finest local produce, much of which is grown on and foraged from the Wynyard Estate. If you really want to impress, opt for our Tasting Menu with wine pairings.

Team Building
Our appeal goes beyond formal events. We can also organise a range of fun corporate team building activities. From traditional clay pigeon shooting and golf, to outdoor activity sessions in the parkland and exclusive use of the spa.

Filming & Photoshoots
Wynyard Hall has a wealth of unique filming locations available for hire. Behind the opulent interior lays a maze of corridors, staircases, kitchens, offices. Outside there is acres of parkland, woodland and wetland. Coupled with our onsite catering facilities, Wynyard Hall provides a unique opportunity for film-makers.

Business Travel
