Accessible Parking and Assistance:
Accessible parking will be available in the car park near the Gardens, Café, and Farm Shop. This parking area will be clearly signposted for your convenience. While there is a short walk down to the Christmas Fayre from this car park, we will also provide a shuttle bus with accessible access for guests who require it. The shuttle pick-up points will be clearly signposted as well.
Accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the number of designated disabled parking spots are limited. Once these spaces are full, we are unable to provide additional accessible parking. We recommend arriving early to secure a space.
Please note that there is an outdoor section of our Christmas Fayre that is gravelled. Our stewards, who will be easily identifiable in high-visibility vests, will be stationed around the estate. If you have any queries or need assistance on the day, they will be more than happy to help.
Car Parking Information:
Upon entering the estate, you will find that directions to the car park are clearly signposted for your convenience. Our stewards will be on hand to guide you to an available parking space, so please follow their directions carefully.
Be aware that our car park can get very busy during peak times, and there may be a short wait while our stewards work hard to allocate your parking space. We appreciate your patience as they ensure everyone parks safely. Depending on the weather, the car park may also become extremely muddy or slippery, especially after rain. We recommend wearing suitable footwear and taking extra care when walking through the area. Rest assured, our team is here to assist and guide you, but we ask for your understanding as conditions can change quickly
Please be aware that vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and Wynyard Hall cannot accept responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
In the event of inclement weather leading up to or during the Christmas Fayre, the parking grounds will become muddy and potentially difficult to navigate. To help reduce congestion and minimise the impact on the parking area, we encourage visitors to car share or, if possible, walk to the event. Again, we strongly recommend wearing appropriate footwear, such as boots or sturdy shoes, to ensure your comfort and safety while walking through the grounds.
Advance Purchase Tickets
Please note that entry to the Christmas Fayre is by advance purchase tickets only. There will be no ticket sales available at the door. Any guests attempting to enter without a pre-purchased ticket will be refused entry. We recommend securing your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
What To Wear
As our Christmas Fayre is partially an outdoor event, we recommend dressing warmly and wearing waterproof clothing. Please also consider warm and waterproof footwear, such as wellingtons or hiking boots, to ensure your comfort while exploring the event, regardless of the weather.
Are There Cash Points
Please be aware that there are no cash points on site. The nearest cash point is located at the Co-op in Wynyard Village. Our reception team will be offering cashback services, though this is subject to availability. Most of our vendors accept both cash and card payments, so we recommend bringing a combination of both to ensure you can make the most of your visit.Ticket Entry
To ensure a smooth entry to the Christmas Fayre, please have your ticket ready to present to our stewards upon arrival. You can either print out your ticket or have it readily accessible on your phone. As our internet connection can occasionally be slow, we advise preparing your ticket in advance to avoid any delays at the entrance.
