Enjoy a great British staycation in the luxury surroundings of Wynyard Hall. We’re excited to announce that our self-catered, hot-tub cottages will reopen on 12th April. Our remaining accommodation will reopen on 17th May.

Weddings and Events

We’re delighted that weddings of 15 are permitted to go ahead from 12th April and weddings and events for 30 guests from 17th May followed by restrictions from 21st June. If you already have a wedding or event booking with us, we are contacting books in date order. If you are interested in booking Wynyard Hall for your event, we will commence viewings from 29th March.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. When do you reopen? Following the government’s roadmap out of lockdown, we plan to reopen in phases. We will be reopening The Gardens on 29th March, followed by The Spa and Cottages on 12th April, then finally the restaurant and remaining accommodation on 17th May.
  2. Will the Gardens Cafe be open? Yes, as per government guidelines, the Cafe will be takeaway only until 17th May.
  3. Will the toilets in The Gardens be open? Yes, our toilets will be open for public use.
  4. Is booking required for The Gardens? Advanced booking for The Gardens isn’t required, as annual passes can be purchased at the door. Our Annual Passes are priced at £7.50 per person.
  5. I already have an Annual Pass, has this been extended? Yes, annual passes purchased before COVID have been extended for 6-months.
  6. I have gift vouchers I didn’t have a chance to use. Will these be extended? Vouchers that expired from 1st March 2020 will be extended until 30th November 2021
  7. Are deposits required for accommodation and spa bookings? Yes, non-refundable deposits are needed for all bookings. Bookings are transferrable until 30th November 2021.
  8. How can I book? Online booking is open for accommodation and dining reservations or you can contact our team via phone or email.
  9. How do I transfer an existing booking? If you have an existing booking with us during our closure, please contact the relevant department and they will transfer your booking to a new date
