Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager

The Job Role

  • To provide outstanding customer service ranging from corporate clients to leisure guests and a large number of weddings over multiple sites
  • To recruit, lead and develop a large team of 30+ staff within a successful hotel operation
  • To support and deputise for the Conference & Banqueting Manager
  • To take responsibility of and drive the department’s performance and revenue

The Requirements

  • The Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager will have a proven track-record within a similar role
  • The successful Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager will have previous experience with a high volume events
  • Passionate individuals who relish developing their team
  • The successful candidate will be a hands-on operator who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Good understanding of the day to day running in a busy environment is a must for this Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager role

Spa Therapist

Due to increased business volumes we are now recruiting for a full-time spa therapist at Wynyard Hall.

We are looking for a well organised, experienced therapist that has an outgoing personality and that can work well under pressure. You need to have a bubbly personality, a big smile, smart appearance at all times and have an eye for every detail, to succeed in this role. You will be working with Natura Bisse products / treatments and a CACI Synergy machine.

High attention to detail, along with a pro active approach to their work

Experience of 4/5 star hotels with multiple outlets
