We are currently looking to hire motivated & happy waiting staff  at all levels for our Wellington Restaurant. Preferably you will have worked in a similar busy role to be able to succeed, you are numerate, have a smart appearance and have a good food and drinks knowledge.

The renowned 2 rosette Wellington Restaurant offers an ever changing menu of modern British dishes created with the finest local ingredients. Due to increased business volumes we are now recruiting for a full-time spa therapist at Wynyard Hall.

We are looking for a well organised, experienced therapist that has an outgoing personality and that can work well under pressure. You need to have a bubbly personality, a big smile, smart appearance at all times and have an eye for every detail, to succeed in this role. You will be working with Natura Bisse products / treatments and a CACI Synergy machine.

We are looking for a talented Sous chef to join our kitchen team at Wynyard Hall.

To be a successful candidate we are looking for a chef with the following attributes and experience:

  • Shows steady career progression on their CV
  • Experience in high quality establishments is essential
  • Experience of 2 rosette + restaurants as Sous chef desired but not essential
  • Positive persona with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Leads the team effectively, with a firm but fair approach.
  • High attention to detail, along with a pro active approach to their work.
  • Takes ownership of issues and presents solutions in a timely manner.

Executive Sous chef

We are looking for a talented Executive Sous chef to join our kitchen team at Wynyard Hall.

To be a successful candidate we are looking for a chef with the following attributes and experience:

  • An Executive sous chef with 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Would consider an ambitious Head chef looking to make the next move into higher management.
  • Experience of 4/5 star hotels with multiple outlets is required
  • Preferably with 2 AA rosette and/or Michelin star experience or higher
  • The candidate needs to be comfortable with modern admin requirements including Health and safety, GP management, Appraisals, disciplinary procedures, Payroll and financial awareness
  • A strong leader that leads by example and invests in the development of his/her team.
  • A pro active person, who identifies solutions to problems in a timely manner.
