Where alternative catering is requested for wedding evening receptions a minimum per person rate of £12.95 will apply unless otherwise agreed by the Managing Director or General Manager. Our Executive Head Chef will ensure the overall number of individual portions from your list of selected items provides a
satisfactory choice for your guests. To ensure every guest, whether first or last to select from the buffet, has a good selection from which to choose, the buffet will be gradually replenished rather than all items being made available at the commencement of service. Your choice from the following selection, 8 items per person £12.95 per person. Each additional item £3.25 per person
