Please note room hire charges are generally only applicable:
a) for meetings where this element is not included in the per person delegate rate
b) where a room is used as exhibition space or for receptions
c) where a civil marriage or partnership ceremony takes place

Wynyard Hall can be hired for exclusive use, price on application.
